Have we fallen in love with Fall?  As we prepare for this time of change and transition, we are also planning and dreaming of a BEAUTIFUL retreat and adventure to Sedona this coming March!  We have reserved our home at the Red Agave Lodge in Sedona and are working out the logistics, registration fees and itinerary now.  If you are interested, please let us know ASAP as several have already committed and we are expecting this journey into bliss to fill quickly (we have approximately 20 spaces depending on lodging choices).  Hopefully making the announcement of dates now will allow planning and for calendars can be arranged.  We will do our very best make this retreat as affordable as we possibly can. The trip will include lodging, transportation, 2 meals per day, daily yoga, hiking, and other explorations, all of which are optional.  Love and a beautiful weekend and holiday to ALL!

Happy Thanksgiving from your Peace Tree Teachers!

Join us for practice on Thanksgiving day at 9am!  Complementary class for all of your guests :-)  Giving and receiving gratitude is one of the greatest gifts of the human experience.  Scientific studies show that when we pause and offer gratitude to someone, something, or even ourselves, our brain chemistry automatically begins to shift and we begin to feel more content and happier. In a time where our country and planet is so seemingly divided, we need gratitude more than ever. As we move into Fall and into the time of Thanksgiving, it is a wonderful time to begin to focus on all of the gifts of this life.  We are deeply grateful for all of you, our wonderful community.  It is a privilege that we have this opportunity to support you on your journey.
