Happy Monday to all! You may have heard in the recent yoga class announcements that we will be holding another Yoga Sutra Study beginning January 26th (running for 6 Thursdays, 2-3:30pm). Perhaps you've had an interest but were not quite sure what this experience might entail. Our illuminated teacher will be offering a FREE/donation based intro to yoga philosophy to help us all understand how yoga works. Come and discover how to cultivate self-mastery and experience MORE JOY and less suffering. Through this course, the ancient text will be translated into plain English and its wisdom easily infused into our daily lives. Jaya Elleson, 200RYT will coordinate a one hour complimentary discussion to the upcoming Yoga Sutras of Patanjali on Thursday, January 19th at 7:00pm. This is excellent material to compliment your practice and your life and is for everyone, not just those intending to register. We are also planning a sneak preview/question and answer session regarding of our Sedona Yoga and Hiking Retreat (taking place this March 19th-22nd) on Sunday, January 29th from 3-4pm if you would like to know a few more details or inquire about that adventure. The early bird deadline for Sedona registration is February 1st. I am so excited for those who have already registered and know that we will have a fine group of friends and yogis sharing that beautiful journey.
I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
Live an inspired life,
