Glorious morning yoga family!
We have expanded our class schedule for Fall/ Winter and are inviting you to explore the new options for practice, because you cannot go wrong when you practice self-care for your body and mind. Along with our current Summer Schedule, the new class that is happening today, is a 5:30pm Mixed Flow with Ashley Pollock. We have also expanded the line up with two new Thursday classes. Thursday now includes a 5:30am Strong Flow class, with Ashley Adams, and a 6:45pm Creative Flow practice, with our guest teacher in residence, Elysabeth Williamson. We are blessed to have teachers that can guide us into a more awake and aware state, because without awareness, we can never manifest the changes that fulfill our dreams.
