PBID Renewal Survey

Help plan the future of the Downtown PBID -- Please take this survey
Since 2007, the San Jose Downtown Association has managed the Downtown Property-Based Improvement District (PBID). The PBID collects an assessment on Downtown properties within a specific boundary to fund enhanced services, including the uniformed Groundwerx clean team and safety ambassadors, tree maintenance and flower planting, public art, business development assistance, and more. Through the PBID, property and business owners have had a role in helping to achieve the goal of a Downtown San Jose that is clean, safe, beautiful, and vibrant.

The PBID is reauthorized/renewed every ten years. The current term expires in 2022, and as part of the reauthorization process, SJDA seeks feedback on how it can continue to provide services that are of value to Downtown stakeholders. Please take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete a survey in English // Spanish // Vietnamese.  Your input will be considered as plans are made to continue PBID services in Downtown San Jose.
