Sunday – Getting to the game – The San Jose Downtown Association recommends that fans park downtown, especially at the Market-San Pedro Garage and hop onto a VTA shuttle bus (Line 231) to Avaya Stadium.  Hang out at a sports bar, watch the games, and then catch the bus starting two hours before the game at First and Santa Clara or Market and St. John streets.  For an hour afterward, catch the bus along Earthquake Way.  Leave the driving to and from.  Total cost (park and ride) will be less than $10 – Just a couple of bucks if you validate and get FREE weekend parking.  Park at the stadium and the cost will be $25-plus, plus the headache of all that traffic.  Let’s stay safe out there.  Here are the links:  vta.org/getting-around/event-service/avaya-stadium and sjearthquakes.com/avayastadium/parking-directions
