Seattle Girls' School:
A transformational middle school experience.

Hello SGS Community + Supporters, both new and old!

Welcome to the first edition of our newsletter for the 2014-2015 school year. In the coming weeks, you'll learn about what's happening at Seattle Girls' School through this bi-weekly newsletter. Thank you for staying connected to us!

There are always additional resources for you, beyond this newsletter. On our newly designed website, you'll find opportunities to support SGS through mentoringgiving, fulfilling our wish list, or by taking a Connection Tour. You can also learn about our faculty and staff.

If you're an alum family, be sure to have your alum stay connected to us by updating her contact information on the alum page and find out who is serving as her class representative. Explore our new website and learn something new about us!

If you were with us last year, you know we took part in the beta test of School Anchor. As mentioned in a previous email from Rafael, please note that School Anchor will not be continued as a communications tool. We appreciate the feedback provided from our parent surveys at the end of last school year.

This year, you can look for a weekly communication from your daughter's grade-level faculty. The schedule is as follows:
  • 5th grade - Fridays
  • 6th grade - Mondays
  • 7th grade - Fridays
  • 8th grade - Fridays
Have you taken a look at our brand-new website? There are a few pages you'll be particularly interested in:
