Movements for a healthy spine!
Our spines are the backbone of the body - we are able to run, jump, walk, and stay upright during our day.
But - we do need to put in a bit of effort to maintain a healthy spine. Taking the spine through movements that it normally should be able to do helps to keep the surrounding muscles and tissues flexible to keep the spine healthy and better able to perform its function of both movement and support.

For those looking to join a Pilates class, we currently have a special running on our Individual sessions, (see brochure).
The initial consultation is held at the Practice. We go through any past Pilates experience, any injuries, a body assessment and any other queries that you may have. The next two sessions are held in the studio or remotely and we will take you through some lovely movements to prepare you for the classes.

Wednesday 7am class is a new class starting in October. We will also be introducing a class on a Monday evening at 6:30 and a Tuesday evening at 5:30 as soon as there is further demand. Let us know if you like to be considered for any of these classes.
We also have online Pilates classes on offer and we send out videos weekly. We understand that work schedules are so different/unpredictable at the moment and therefore we try make it work for everyone. 📸
We still have some 'starter-kits' on offer (Pilates ball and band) at a discounted price, to allow for at-home-use. Available at reception - email us on email@example.com if you wish to purchase these products.
