Exciting times at Seeds for Africa!

As with our growing range of seeds (we now stock 2815 varieties) Seeds for Africa is expanding. We have new staff joining us to ensure that our customer service levels are as fast and efficient as you have become used to. We are introducing some exciting new products as well as exciting innovations to our website.

Website Improvements
- Leaving your cart full and returning later to find it empty is a thing of the past. Log into your account, add items to your cart and when you are done but not ready to checkout log out of your account. When you return later log in and your cart will have all the items that you left in it.
- Product you want sold out? Click on the instock reminder, leave your email address and we will get back to you as soon as its back in stock.
- Facebook - Now you dont need to leave Facebook to shop online at Seeds for Africa. Check out our new Facebook store - browse through all of our products or select your category to browse for exactly what you need.
  • Over 300 indigenous bulb seeds, tree seeds, succulents and annual seeds will be in stock by end of May.
  • 40 new heirloom vegetable varieties.
  • Growing paper - There will be a column in our May newsletter about this exciting product.
  • Wedding favours - Check out our May Newsletter for details of this new category. 
  • Herb Bulk Pack - A pack comprising of 28 varieties of herb seeds all individually packed and labled.
  • Grow your Own Herbs. Look out for our exciting herb kit which contains all you need to grow your own herbs in that sunny spot on your kitchen windowsill.

Plant of the Month

Endangered and rare, Aloe polyphylla, is sought by collectors of rare succulents worldwide. Known locally in South Africa as Kroonalwyn, Aloe polyphylla is native to the mountainous regions of Lesotho. This remarkable plant is pretty easily propagated from seed and makes an interesting feature plant whether planted out or potted. Available in different seed pack sizes.
