Our fresh approach to business agility

We’ve launched our new approach to business agility: learning, consultancy and coaching.
We’ve created six business agility domains: mindset, strategy, leadership, teams, innovation and people. Each one is broken down into elements, with outcomes, progress indicators, and a detailed bibliography.  
Why fresh? Our starting point is the whole organisation. From there, we've weaved together agile ideas from all over. We're not slavishly following one method or approach—we’re agile agnostic. We're not prescriptive; instead we're breathing life into business agility from a whole business viewpoint. After all, agility is a means to an end—how to thrive in a complex and ever-changing environment. It's not an end in itself. 
Our approach to agile is to partner with you, customise, and stay flexible. You decide and we respond. After all, that's agile.
