MLA and AWI wool and sheepmeat Survey
MLA and AWI are asking for responses to their wool and sheepmeat survey for February 2014. Responses to this survey will be utilised to create regional, state and national sheppmeat and wool industry data. Responses are asked to be completed by 28 February 2014. Responses received by this date will be entered into the draw for the chance to win a Caltex StarCash Card worth $1,000.

AWI Genetic Benchmarking Review
AWI are currently running an independent review regarding their investment into the various genetic benchmarking programs.
The consultation document that outlines the review process and invites submissions can be found on the AWI website or via the link shown below. Any submissions should be received by AWI by Monday the 8th of March, 2014.

Repeat adult weight measurements and condition score
If any breeders have been collecting repeated adult ewe wieghts and/or repeated condition scores of their ewes at either weaning or pre joining, we would like to get hold of these records. Having access to such records would allow us to explore further the adult weight trait and also other influences on reproduction. Data needs to be submitted by 5pm AEST on the dates listed above to be included in the analysis. Please allow up to 2 weeks for data to be returned.
