Alessandro Viola | Note di Rosso
Syrah, Nero d'Avola
Sicily, Italy

Alessandro Viola is a young winemaker who has received high praise in recent years. This wine is a dark ripe wine. Very nice showing of black fruit and syrah adds some classic pepper and the nero d'avola calms it all down with some silky smooth berries and jamminess.

No fining, No filtered, No Added Sulfites, Vegan

Fathead's Brewing | Battle Axe
Baltic Porter
8.5% ABV

ON-TAP and only $5

Abie: 2011 Great American Beer Festival gold medal winner, legged up special for our 10th anniversary party.

Prepare your palate to surrender to this two-fisted brew. Aromas of chocolate and dark fruit will initially assault your senses. Smooth and creamy with rich, complex flavors of dark dried fruits, licorice and molasses.

Masthead Brewing Co | Worst Case Scenario
Double IPA
9% ABV

When you give the brew staff free reign to brew a hoppy beer, you end up with the Worst Case Scenario. This feat of hoppiness is brewed with a truly mind-numbing amount of hops. You'll be greeted with a bitter backbone along with the dank, tropical, and citrus characteristics of our brew staff's favorite hops. Enjoy fresh to maximize the hoppy goodness.
Masthead Brewing Co | Worst Case Scenario
Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Chardonnay
Jura, France

Intense aroma of white flowers and citrus fruit. Creamy and smooth, with lingering aromas of freshly baked bread, golden delicious apples, and Meyer lemon. Great as an aperitif or a perfect accompaniment for ceviche, salads, white fish, or soft cheeses.

Cristina Ascheri | Langhe Arneis
Piedmont, Italy

Pale straw colour, fresh and persistent bouquet of traditional and exotic fruits with a nice spicy note, dry, pleasant palate of great freshness, delicate wine with remarkable balance and finesse. Try it with hors d’oeuvres and fish. Excellent as aperitif.
Wolf's Ridge Brewing | Cone & Bine
Wet Hopped IPA
7.6% ABV

Our wet hop beer brewed in the fall during hop harvest season. Brewed using only the freshest Yakima Valley hops in a new recipe each year.

2021 uses wet Simcoe, Citra, and Cascade hops in both the whirlpool and wet Citra in the dry hop.
