With the evolving situation regarding Coronavirus in New Zealand and around the world we felt it important to update on the precautionary measures that we are putting in place at Artisan to protect our staff, customers and community.
Artisan has always been a place for our customers to feel at home and during this time we are ensuring that we follow the best hygiene practices for our guests to continue to enjoy the Artisan experience.
Sanitizer and additional cleaning are already in place across our showrooms and warehouses and we continue to follow the advice from the Ministry of Health and World Health Organization.
Where possible we have elected to ensure that we are implementing social distancing and have employees who are able to, working from home. Our Logistics teams are calling ahead to ensure that no one is unwell or has been exposed to international travel or the virus for 14 days and we will reschedule if you so choose for your protection. We may be reducing access to our people but not to our service.
At this time our showrooms continue to be open with the best safety measures and our team is still here to assist and work with all our customers and partners.
