Dear Entity Administrator,

This is your biweekly update on all things ADEConnect. You can also find the indicated documents and past issues of the update on the ADEConnect web page in the News and Notifications section.

Independent Applications
ADEConnect has added a new category of applications—Independent Applications. These applications are those for which access does not depend on a user's relationship to any particular entity (district, school, institution). Look for these applications under the "Independent Applications" heading on your ADEConnect home screen.

Common Logon Application Access Report
The ADEConnect Team is pleased to announce that a new report is available. The Common Logon Application Access Report allows you to see which Common Logon applications are assigned to each entity.

Updated: User Role Assignments Report
The User Role Assignments Report available in the Entity Admin Portal has been updated to give a real-time view of each user's assigned roles. 

Reminder: AzEDS Identity has Replaced SAIS ID
The SAIS ID Search application in Common Logon has been deactivated. Beginning immediately, please use the AzEDS Identity application in ADEConnect instead. For more information see the September 4 issue of this update.

Make Sure You (and your colleagues) Are Receiving These Emails
Here are some suggestions to help ensure the entity admin notifications make it through your system’s spam filters:
  1. If you can find any of the emails in your junk mail or spam folders, simply click on the email and mark it as Not Junk. (This assumes you are using Outlook for your email. If not, there should be a similar mechanism in whatever program you are using.)
  2. Add the email address – – to your address book/contacts list.
  3. If the emails are being filtered out before they even get to you, you can try to have your IT folks “whitelist” the domain.
  4. If you still aren’t getting the emails, your IT folks can “whitelist” the following IP addresses:
