The Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) is seeking your comments and suggestions on the design of the Cultural Donation Matching Fund announced at Budget 2013. They would like to hear your suggestions on the principles that should underlie the grant's design, and your thoughts on how the grant can best achieve its objective of catalysing cultural philanthropy and transforming the cultural sector in Singapore. Dance India Asia Pacific is a dance education programme for students, teachers and performing artists of Indian Classical Dance. This year's edition includes Bharatanatyam Training for Teachers and an intermediate Odissi class.

During our first Let's Connect! Networking Session in March this year, we explored a wide spectrum of what community arts could look like. In our second session, we will delve deeper into finding out what types of support there are in this field and where you can find them. This session will be held on 16 May 2013 at the Drama Centre (National Library Building, Level 3) from 6.00 to 8.30pm.

NAC is calling for applications for an international residency programme at the Centre International d'Accueil et d'Echanges des Récollets Paris, organised by the Dena Foundation. This is a unique opportunity for emerging visual artists and curators to develop their professional skills, incubate new ideas, network with international practitioners and work with a reputed practitioners and work with a reputed arts institution in France over a course of 3 to 4 months.

The International Federation of Arts Councils and Cultural Agencies (IFACCA) is inviting proposals for presentation at the 6th World Summit on Arts and Culture. Scheduled for 13 to 16 January 2014 in Santiago de Chile, the Summit will discuss Creative Times: new models for cultural development.
