The Hep B Vaccine Birth Dose Honor Roll: recognizes hospitals and birthing centers with excellent birth dose administration. To qualify: The institution must have written policies, procedures and protocols for birth dose administration, and greater than 90% of newborns must be vaccinated prior to hospital discharge.
