ASTA has an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise to an innovative science education initiative! The Science ASSIST project is currently seeking applications from experienced teachers of science and school laboratory technicians to form two expert groups. Stem Cell Revolutions
Stem Cells Australia, together with the Australasia Society for Stem Cell Research and the National Stem Cell Foundation of Australia, will be hosting an educational event at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Tuesday 29 October. High school students and their teachers are invited to attend a special screening (between 10am and 2pm) of the award-winning documentary Stem Cell Revolutions which will take the students on a journey from the earliest experiments that first revealed stem cells in the body, to the latest scientific and clinical development. see more
