March 2021

Greetings Companions,

Another year has come and gone and how things have changed.  Our struggles through 2020 with the virus and world events has most certainly been life changing. As your new Royal Arch Charities Chairman, I wish you all good health and perseverance as we all continue in our fight against Covid-19. I also applaud
R∴E∴ Jamie Kaim for his several years of dedication as Chairman.

Many of us, our families, and friends, including our own Grand Master, have had first-hand experience in the fight against this formidable adversary.  Many have paid the ultimate price and lost their battle. Let us pray for their continued peace.

What this insidious virus has not changed is our need to continue our charitable giving because that, quite frankly, is what we as Masons; particularly Royal Arch Masons, do. This could not have been more evident than in 2020 when you generously reached into your hearts (and wallets) and donated a RECORD $83,000! This, my Companions, illustrates what we, as Royal Arch Masons, are capable of.

As we approach Spring, we welcome a time of renewal and growth. Growth and renewal not only in our surroundings but in ourselves. Many continue to suffer not only from old medical adversaries and challenges but from new ones. They are more than ever in need of our aid and sympathy.  Our children, grandchildren, and families continue to forge forward into their educations and careers and need our aid through the Royal Arch Scholarship Fund.

We have been through many extremely trying months Companions. Let us all show our focused determination by generously continuing to support our Royal Arch Charities.
Your donations will help many through our Scholarship Fund, Medical Relief Fund, Medical Research Foundation, or the Zerubbabel Society.

Remember, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”-Winston Churchill.
Be safe my Companions.

With Fervency and Zeal,
Comp. Dan
