JCHS Article:  Small Consumers Segment Drives Majority of Remodeling

Of the more than 77 million homeowners in the US, an estimated 22 million completed at least one home improvement project in 2017, according to our latest Improving America’s Housing report. Yet over half of the $233 billion spent on home improvements was driven by just 3 percent of owners who reported remodeling expenditures of $25,000 or more.

This year the CotY Committee has decided to honor our Trade Associate members for their partnerships with Contractors at this year's CotY Gala.  The Committee has created the Pillar Award, which will be awarded to Trade Associates who have worked on a project that wins a CotY award. The fee is $50 per entry.
