Life is good, if you make it good, it's up to you! Our new cat, Rafeekee, is trying to make life good by playing with the dogs, but no go! Cats just aren't as exciting as dogs!

MOTIVATIONAL TRAINING DIARY AND THE CRITICAL ISSUE OF HIP FLEXION

With my abdominal aortic aneurysm stent graft extension, I have to be very careful not to stress this equipment, which could be fatal. After receiving advice and input from all over the world, from surgeons, athletes, radiologists and others, I opted for my old standard length cranks on my Guru - NOTE, this Guru was designed by Victor of Bicycle Lab to minimize hip flexion. However, I don't think I'll be going aero again, even if three radiologists (the least concerned advisors) consider there to be little or no risk of cycling-induced stent damage or displacement.

MASTERING iWEB AND iWEB SEO

Nowadays, to build a business you will need some control over your webpages. If you outsource, you have to pay for every little change. So, I bit the bullet and studied the subject, and my landing pages are slowly improving. Plus I can control the SEO (search engine optimization) and the location of everything on the page, without any cost but my time. Why did I choose orange you may ask? Well, I read some excellent articles on 'color science,' and it sounded like a good option.

All input much appreciated. Don't like orange? What do you suggest?

TWO IMPORTANT LESSONS I LEARNED FROM CATS

I look down and see a tale of unrequited love - Rafeekee loves Willbe, who sniffs and moves on.

The two lessons I learned from cats:

(1) it's OK to wear the same clothes everyday.
(2) Always remember to bite the hand that feeds you.

INTERMITTENT FASTING APP CREATED BY MY ELDEST SON, NICK

If you want to go beyond the Paleo Diet, and explore intermittent fasting (IF), the Calorie Pilot will help you keep track of the critical details. Nick is really into IF, with remarkable effects (positive) on his physique. I'm impressed. Nick was a pilot for a while, and he based the app design on the flight control panel of a small aircraft. Click image for link to app store, or better still buy it directly on your smart phone at www.caloriepilot.com.

Great work, son!

THE KEYWORD BATTLE AND AGING SUCCESSFULLY

HELP! I've been struggling for some time to find my market niche, with two products selling poorly, but appreciated by those who do, based on nice reviews on Amazon. These products, a Plantar Fasciitis Treatment Guide with Associated Videos and an e-book Surgery Recovery Guide, are failing to reach their intended target audience. It is clear that keyword research is the way to go. Any advance on aging successfully (highly competitive) would be much appreciated. I use Market Samurai extensively and have worked through an army of keywords and multiple landing pages, outsourced and home grown, but have yet to strike gold.

All advice would be much appreciated, as many of you know me better than I do!
Wishing you an enjoyable February, great exercise and training, and peace of mind.

Cheers,

Kevin aka FitOldDog
