A Special Announcement from National Alliance for Safe Housing:

Upcoming Webinar:
Implementing Rapid Re-Housing with Survivors:
A Tale of Two Programs

Registration is now open for the Implementing Rapid Re-Housing with Survivors: A Tale of Two Programs webinar presented by the National Alliance for Safe Housing (NASH).

Date: Friday, August 23, 2019
Time: 1:00 - 2:30 PM ET

Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) is in use by more and more domestic violence programs, yet its implementation can be challenging for providers new to this approach. This webinar spotlights two agencies that have fully implemented RRH for survivors as part of their domestic violence programs. They will share their path to implementation, discuss some of the nuts and bolts of how their programs operate (including how they address intersectional issues), and respond to questions from webinar participants.

Intended audience: Domestic and/or sexual violence organizations considering and/or in early stages of developing RRH services, and homeless/housing organizations.

Presenters:
  • Genese Jones-Torrence, Vice President of Crisis Services, SafeNest, Las Vegas, NV
  • Anna Harper-Guerrero, Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer, Emerge! Center Against Domestic Abuse, Tucson, AZ
  • Kris Billhardt, Director of Program and Practice Innovation, National Alliance for Safe Housing
