Our theme is ‘business is fun’ and our large lorry Procession Float is beach themed with a live mermaid on board! We are still looking for any volunteers who can help decorate the lorry on the day before at Weymouth Football club and our thanks to them for offering their facilities.
Any businesses that want to put promotional material in the 'goodie bags' that we hand out from the Float please let us have this by the 13th August, dropped to either Nantes on the Esplanade or their Lynch Lane offices for the attention of Cherise Luke-Bennett, Nantes Solicitors, 69 The Esplanade, Weymouth, Dorset, 01305 771000

 2018 WPCC - Service,Trade And Retail (S.T.A.R.) Awards

  • You will be positively mystery shopped and will receive a confidential report which you can keep for absolutely nothing. These reports are usually £200 per business although the results can often help any business to grow exponentially.
  • Finalists and a guest will be invited to a lavish ceremony with a 3 course meal arranged by Students of the Hix Academy.
  • Annual membership to the Weymouth & Portland Chamber of Commerce during the centenary year 2019. (Please note if you are already a chamber member you will win a credit for 2019) standard cost for established businesses is £99
  • Winners will be announced in the local media.
  • Grand Presentation Night October 19th

The next Breakfast Meeting is September 4th at this superb new Hotel event venue with Oakes Insure sponsoring and talking on “The Future of the Insurance Industry and the implications to businesses and more importantly Oakes Insure’s  future”. The October 2nd Breakfast meeting can also be booked now.
