Ugandan police again prevented Pride outside of Kampala, blockading over 100 participants and escorting them away (though no arrests were made).

In Port-au-Prince, an LGBT festival was cancelled after fears of violence and a Haitian government official's call to ban it.


Hong Kong held it's largest Pink Dot festival to date - with over 10,000 people gathering in support of LGBT rights.

The CA Attorney-General will define what US States "sanction discrimination" & this law signed Tuesday could have the largest affect of the many (NYC, DC, VT, MN..) in response to North Carolina and other states that recently wrote discrimination into law.
