Welcome to RBIJ's February Newsletter!

This month saw the unprovoked and unjustified Russian invasion of Ukraine. Our thoughts, hopes and prayers are with our brothers and sisters fighting there. 

In the United States, unprecedented moves were taken to provide meaningful second chances for the millions of deserving Americans with criminal or arrest records.

Clean Slate laws were implemented in Utah, automatically sealing hundreds of thousands of eligible records. At the same time, in Colorado similar legislation was voted unanimously out of the Senate Judiciary Committee - following widespread support from businesses across the state.
